Igor Pagazaurtundua

Igor Pagazaurtundua has extensive work experience in the energy industry, particularly in the field of liquefied natural gas (LNG). IGOR started their professional career at Angel A. Santamaria in 2002 as a Product Engineer. In 2005, they joined Ferroli Group as a Project/Product Manager. From 2008 to 2016, they worked at Enagás, where they held the role of Senior Project Engineer, overseeing the revamping of the LNG receiving terminal in Barcelona. IGOR then served as the Small Scale Manager at Enagás, focusing on developing LNG Small Scale & Bunkering Business in Spain and Portugal. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Planning & Economic Control Division at Enagás, overseeing the company's planning and economic control activities. Throughout their career, Igor Pagazaurtundua has demonstrated expertise in project management, innovation, and technology within the energy sector.

Igor Pagazaurtundua has a diverse education history. IGOR started by obtaining a Technical Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad del País Vasco/Euskal Herriko Unibertsitatea in 1998. IGOR then pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Universidad Alfonso X El Sabio between 1999 and 2001. Later on, in 2009 and 2010, Igor completed a Postgrade in LNG Plants & Compressor Stations at the Universidad CEU San Pablo. In 2007 and 2008, they attended the Escuela de Negocios EOI, where they completed an Executive MBA in Business Administration and Management. In 2013, Igor obtained a certification in Project Management from ESI INTERNATIONAL. IGOR also completed a Programa Desarrollo Directivo at SEPI between 2016 and 2017. Additionally, they hold certifications in "Cómo liderar equipos de alto potencial" from LinkedIn and a PMP certification.
