Isadora Romero López

Isadora Romero López has a diverse work experience in the field of human resources. Isadora started their career as an Especialista Selección y Desarrollo at Union Fenosa Guatemala, where they were responsible for designing and implementing recruitment, selection, and evaluation processes. Isadora also managed relationships with educational institutions and suppliers for recruitment and training purposes. Isadora then worked as a Consultor Recursos Humanos at Randstad Professionals, specializing in selecting profiles for various areas such as sales, marketing, finance, and engineering. In this role, they were involved in defining job profiles, competencies, recruitment, selection, and competency-based evaluations. Isadora then joined Accenture as a Consultant Talent&Organization, leading a transformation and corporateization project for the HR function of a leading Spanish banking entity. Isadora was responsible for implementing performance evaluation and compensation processes across multiple countries and societies. Currently, they are working at Enagás as a Project Manager Organización y People Analytics Lead, responsible for managing projects related to organizational development and people analytics.

Isadora Romero López has a diverse education history. In 2003-2004, they attended Centro de Estudios Garrigues and obtained an Executive en Recursos Humanos degree. In 2012-2013, they pursued a Programa Superior en Banca y Mercados Financieros at CUNEF. During the same year, they also received a Banking Industry Generalist Certification from Accenture. In 1995-2000, Isadora studied Psicología and obtained a Licenciatura degree from Universidad de Málaga. Isadora further enhanced their skills by obtaining a Certificación Internacional Experto en Coaching Nivel Oro from Instituto Europeo de Coaching in 2016. In 2019-2020, Isadora attended Leadership & Management School, completing a Curso Superior People Analytics & Big Data, with a focus on People Analytics. Most recently, in 2022, they pursued a Workday PRO Reporting degree in Data Analytics from Workday. Isadora also holds additional certifications in areas such as Data Science, machine learning, and artificial intelligence, obtained from LinkedIn and Workday.
