María Jesús Martin Esteban has several years of experience in the energy industry. María Jesús worked at Enagás as the Head of Business Development and M&A, where they identified international project opportunities and potential partners. María Jesús also worked as a Purchasing Department Specialist at Enagás, where they optimized business processes and prepared reports. Prior to Enagás, María worked at Accenture as a Consultant, participating in projects to optimize and improve business processes in the petroleum sector. María Jesús also worked at LECEM as a Technical Laboratory Specialist, responsible for developing quality manuals and procedures. María began their career at Repsol as a Fuel Laboratory R&D Intern.

María Jesús Martin Esteban has a diverse education history. María Jesús completed a Programa Ejecutivo de Mujeres en la Alta Dirección at Esade in 2023.
