Pedro del Castillo Martínez has a diverse and extensive work experience. Pedro currently serves as the Head of IT & Digital Solutions at Enagás, where they are responsible for overseeing the strategic delivery of digital and IT solutions. Prior to this, they held the position of Head of Digital & IT Portfolio Management, where they managed and prioritized initiatives aligned with the company's strategy. Pedro also served as the Head of IT Projects Management, ensuring that IT programs and projects were aligned with organizational goals. Before joining Enagás, Pedro worked as the Head of Professional Services for Spain and Portugal at METRIXWARE, where they positioned their services to cater to the Legacy Application Management and IT Governance markets. Pedro also worked as the Chief Technology Officer at SCORT, overseeing technical management and project involvement. Pedro started their career as a Computer Science Teacher at Colegio San Agustín de Madrid, where they designed and delivered lessons in various computer science disciplines. Overall, Pedro has extensive experience in IT and digital solutions, project management, and leadership roles.

Pedro del Castillo Martínez obtained a Licentiate degree in Computer Science from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid in 1998. Pedro then pursued Computer Engineering studies at INSA Lyon - Institut National des Sciences Appliquées de Lyon in 1999. Pedro later completed an Executive MBA at IE Business School in 2004. Pedro received additional certifications in Digital Transformation and Business Innovation 360° from thePower Business School in 2023. Pedro also completed an Executive Development Program (PDD) at IESE Business School in 2014, and studied Spanish Constitutional Framework, European Union, Information Systems, Networks and Communications at CEF Centro de Estudios Financieros in 2008.
