As the owner of 13900 Cocktail Bar since May 2015, Alessio has demonstrated entrepreneurial skills and a passion for cocktails. In addition to this, Alessio serves as a brand ambassador for Cashmere Gin and as an instructor of professional bar techniques at EnAIP Piemonte.
