Luke Hubbard

Luke Hubbard has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. In 2004, they started their career as a Research Technician at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute, where they worked until 2006. Luke then joined Idenix Pharmaceuticals as a Research Associate, where they stayed until 2010.

In 2010, Luke joined Kelly Scientific Resources as a Scientific Recruiter and worked there for a year before moving on to Pfizer Pharmaceuticals in 2011. At Pfizer, they served as a Recruiting and Sourcing Consultant for Talent Acquisition.

In 2012, Luke joined Cubist Pharmaceuticals as a Talent Acquisition Specialist and worked there until 2014. Luke then transitioned to EMD Serono, Inc., where they held various roles including Senior Recruiting Partner, North American Commercial Recruiting Lead, North American R&D Recruiting Lead, Global Recruiting Lead, and finally Global Strategic Talent Lead.

Most recently, Luke joined Enanta Pharmaceuticals in 2020 as an Associate Director of Talent Acquisition and currently holds the position of Director of Strategic Talent.

Luke Hubbard received a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Drew University. Additionally, they have obtained certifications as a Linkedin Recruiter Expert from Linkedin and as a Targeted Selection Certified Interviewer from Development Dimensions International (DDI).
