Mona Carbonneau

Mona Carbonneau, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Mona is currently serving as the Executive Director of Human Resources at Enanta Pharmaceuticals since December 2022. Prior to this role, they held the position of Senior Director of Human Resources at Enanta Pharmaceuticals from 2013 until their promotion. Before joining Enanta Pharmaceuticals, Mona worked at Metabolix as a Manager of Human Resources from 2003 to 2013. Their earlier experience includes serving as the Director of Human Resources at MetTel from 1999 to 2001.

Mona Carbonneau, SHRM-SCP, completed their education at Thomas College from 1981 to 1985. Mona earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Management during that period.

In addition to their degree, Mona Carbonneau also holds several certifications. In December 2009, they obtained the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification from HRCI. Furthermore, in August 2015, they successfully achieved the SHRM - Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) certification from SHRM.
