Tessa Cressey

Tessa Cressey is a Senior Scientist in Biology at Enanta Pharmaceuticals, specializing in virology since December 2019. Previously, Tessa served as a PhD Candidate at Boston University School of Medicine, earning a PhD in Microbiology from 2014 to 2019. Tessa's early career includes roles as a Tutor for the Higher Education Opportunity Program at the Rochester Institute of Technology, a Research Assistant in a Biochemistry lab, and a Resident Advisor, contributing to community building and event organization. Additionally, Tessa gained experience as a Supply Base Management Technical Intern at EMC and as a Crew Member at McDonald's Corporation. Tessa holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the Rochester Institute of Technology (2010-2013) and graduated from Marianapolis Preparatory School in 2010.
