Project Management Team Lead at Enapter

Andrea Lodi began their career in 2011 as a Tirocinante at Rossi Motoriduttori. In 2014, they joined FCA Fiat Chrysler Automobiles as an Engine Assembly Project Leader, Engine Assembly Process Engineer, and Product Process Specialist. In their role as Product Process Specialist, they were deeply involved in the production ramp-up of 2.2L diesel engine Alfa Romeo Giulia assembly line. Andrea then moved on to become Production Supervisor, managing a team of 30 operators and was responsible for the safety, quality and productivity of the line. In 2021, they joined Enapter as a Project Management Team Lead and Project Manager. In their role as Project Manager, they were responsible for project management of chemical production, assembly and testing scale-up of the stack module with the aim of increasing production capacity ten times through resource balancing, lean approaches and automation. Andrea also had the task of developing the processes, methodologies and documents necessary for the management of the company's core projects, working with specific tools and sharing these methods to all teams and levels through workshops, training and specific in-depth material.

Andrea Lodi obtained a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) from Università degli Studi di Modena e Reggio Emilia in 2011, majoring in Industrial Engineering. Andrea then went on to pursue a Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) at Politecnico di Torino, which they completed in 2014, specializing in Engineering and Management. In October 2012, Andrea obtained an IELTS English certification from IELTS USA. In February 2022, they obtained an Industrial Engineering Professional License from Politecnico di Torino.
