Ellen Border

Ellen Border is a Principal Scientist at Enara Bio, specializing in protein discovery and engineering for immunotherapy. With over 12 years of experience in the biotech industry, Ellen has held various leadership roles at Adaptimmune Ltd., where they led teams in molecular biology, protein engineering, and gene editing. They are currently pursuing an on-the-job Apprenticeship qualification in leadership and management, set to complete in January 2025. Ellen holds a DPhil in Structural Biology and an MBiochem from the University of Oxford, having published peer-reviewed manuscripts and contributed to patents throughout their career.
