Felice de Lucia

Felice De Lucia has extensive experience in air traffic control and operational management, currently serving as Deputy and Head of Operations at ENAV since January 2002, with prior roles in operational management at various airports. De Lucia has held multiple positions within the ANACNA association, including Treasurer and National Secretary, and has contributed to several studies for IFATCA. Previously, De Lucia served as an Officer in the Italian Air Force, specializing in operational air traffic control. Education includes degrees in Aviation Safety Management Systems and Communication Sciences, along with military training at the Italian Military Aeronautics.
