Lucy Mullen, PMP

Lucy Mullen, PMP, has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Lucy currently serves as a Project Manager at Enavate, starting in 2023. Prior to that, from 2021 to 2023, they worked as a PMO Manager at ContinuumCloud, where they established the PMO and guided the implementation of Electronic Health Record (EHR) and Human Capital Management (HCM) platforms.

Before joining ContinuumCloud, Lucy was a PMO Manager at FIS from 2016 to 2021. In this role, they managed a team of 15 Credit and Debit Implementation/Conversion Project Managers and standardized project management processes and documentation. Lucy also facilitated business and program/project managers during company mergers and acquisitions, as well as the migration to a new standard platform for credit and debit systems.

From 2013 to 2015, Lucy worked as a Project Manager at Tribridge, managing multiple projects across various phases of Microsoft Dynamics ERP and SharePoint projects. Prior to that, they gained experience as a Project Manager (Contract via Apex) at Ceridian in 2015.

Lucy's career also includes founding and owning Mullen Furnishings, a specialty furniture retail store in Tampa Bay, from 2002 to 2009. Lucy was responsible for strategic business planning, product rollouts, sales and marketing promotions, and overseeing store operations. In addition, they worked as the Director of Support Services at Enporion from 2001 to 2002, establishing business requirements and processes for the B2B marketplace in the utilities industry.

Earlier in their career, Lucy held various technology and IT management roles. Lucy served as Vice President - Regional Technology Advisor at Marsh, Inc from 1997 to 2001, where they managed regional help desk support and established an IT training department. Prior to that, they were the IT Manager and AVP at Johnson & Higgins from 1990 to 2000, responsible for managing technology staff, developing and implementing technology plans, and advising on corporate technology direction.

Lucy's work experience also includes volunteer roles where they managed projects at their kids' school and soccer club from 2011 to 2013. Overall, they bring a wealth of project management and leadership experience to their current role at Enavate.

Lucy Mullen, PMP, obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science from John Carroll University, where they studied from 1981 to 1985. In 2009, they also acquired the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification from PMI.
