Khlood Bayazeed

Khlood Bayazeed has an extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. Khlood currently holds the position of Group Human Resources Director at Enaya Care International Company, starting in February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as the Human Resources Director at Saudi German Health from January 2021 to February 2023. Khlood also served as the Corporate Sr. Manager (HR-Admin) at Abeer Medical Group from March 2018 to March 2021. Khlood has experience in talent acquisition and Saudization management, having worked as the Talent Acquisition & Saudization Manager at almajal Group from March 2016 to February 2018. Before that, they held the position of Recruitment Manager at Almuhaidib Contracting Company from August 2012 to February 2016. Khlood began their career as an HR Specialist at Thabat Construction from September 2011 to June 2012 and as a Recruitment Specialist at the Royal Commission for Jubail and Yanbu from April 2011 to September 2011.

Khlood Bayazeed obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from King AbdulAziz University in 2004. Khlood then went on to earn a Master's Degree in Business Administration and Management from the same university in 2008. In 2010-2011, Khlood pursued an Associate's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Carleton University. In 2019-2022, they studied at SHRM and obtained an HRCI degree in HR. Starting from 2020, Khlood is currently pursuing a dual DBA degree in Human Resources Development from the International Business School of Scandinavia. Khlood also holds additional certifications such as "HR as a Strategic Business Partner" from LinkedIn and "SHRM - Certified Professional (SHRM-CP)" from SHRM in 2016.
