Brooke Hutchinson has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Brooke started their career as a Work Experience participant at Wyboston Lakes Ltd in 2006. Brooke then worked as a Guest Service Agent at Long Wharf Marriott for a year, where they were later promoted to Departmental Trainer.

Brooke joined Marriott International in 2007 as a Recruitment Consultant, a role they held until 2019. During their time at Marriott International, Brooke also took on various roles within the InterContinental Hotels Group (IHG®). Brooke started as a UK&I Future Leader, participating in a fast track graduate program that exposed their to different departments. Brooke then became a Front of House Manager at Hotel Indigo London Kensington, where they played a key role in opening a boutique hotel. Brooke also served as an Interim Reservations and Conference Manager at Holiday Inn Heathrow, where they focused on proactively selling the hotel's meeting rooms and analyzing opportunities and risks in the meeting business.

In 2016, Brooke transitioned to Hudson RPO, where they worked as a Recruitment Consultant until 2019. Brooke then joined Enboarder in 2019 and held the roles of Customer Success Manager and later, Senior Customer Success Manager. Enboarder is an industry-leading People Activation Platform that transforms HR programs into human-centric journeys.

Brooke's work experience showcases their proficiency in customer success management, recruitment, hotel sales, and operations support. Brooke has demonstrated skills in team management, training and development, stakeholder orchestration, and exceeding targets.

Brooke Hutchinson attended St Francis College in Letchworth, UK, from an unknown start year to 2005, where they obtained their GCSEs. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in International Hospitality Management at Oxford Brookes University from 2006 to 2010, achieving a 2:1 classification.
