Christos Roussos

Head of Product at Enboarder

Christos Roussos has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Christos began their career as a Graphic Designer at Christos Design, where they worked on various identity and print-related projects for clients in the architecture, film, and fashion industries. Christos then joined NetX as a Graphic Designer, followed by a role as a Digital Designer and later Design Director at M&C Saatchi Australia.

In 2008, Roussos joined Mark as a Lead Designer, where they specialized in animation, rich-media content, and online experiences for clients such as Google, Optus, Qantas, and Woolworths. Christos also played a crucial role in the studio environment and worked on memorable campaigns.

After that, Roussos served as a Design Director at Make, where they worked with major clients including Woolworths, Optus, and Qantas. Christos established the Motion Design department, focusing on After Effects and 3D animation. Christos also contributed to staff upskilling and hiring.

Next, Roussos joined Nurun Australia as a Design Director, working on larger brand projects for clients like Lorna Jane, Google, and Panadol. Christos was also involved in pitch work for significant clients wins and specialized in art direction, UX/UI, and branding.

At RAPP Sydney, Roussos worked as a Freelance Art & Design Director and contributed to pitching opportunities. Christos conceptualized and produced creative work for primary accounts such as McDonald's and Westpac, while reviewing and approving daily workflow.

In 2015, Roussos took on the role of Creative Director at Sussex Media, where they were responsible for staff hires within the creative department and improving agency procedures. Christos also collaborated with agency stakeholders to develop top-class creative strategies, including ideas, film, print, digital, and radio.

Following that, Roussos joined Auxilio Ventures as a Creative Consultant, helping to develop strong brand solutions and innovative UX/UI-lead products in mobile, web, and ambient spaces. Christos worked on various projects, including Auxilio, Mums&Co, Baffled, and Strata Fair.

Currently, Roussos is working at Enboarder: Experience-Driven Onboarding as the Head of Product. Christos is focused on creating better human connections in organizations through onboarding and other aspects of the employee experience. Christos also leads product development and is responsible for building alignment, engagement, and fostering a culture of belonging within the organization.

Christos Roussos has a diverse education history. In 1995, they attended Schillerska Gymnasium, where they completed their secondary education with a focus on fine arts. In 1999, they enrolled in Norling Education and obtained a degree in Service & Information technology, although the field of study is unspecified. From 2004 to 2008, Christos attended the University of Technology Sydney, where they pursued a degree in Visual Communication with a specialization in design for animation. Continuing their education, in 2014 they attended General Assembly and completed a degree in UX, specifically focusing on information architecture and prototyping using techniques such as paper prototyping and Axure. Lastly, in 2019, they enrolled at Thiga Academy to gain a foundation in Product Management, learning the fundamentals of this field.
