Sara Seabourne

Sara Seabourne, SPHR, is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various organizations. Currently serving as a Fractional Chief People Officer at Enboarder and a Fractional People Executive at Silverbullet, Sara is also the Founder of Cascade People Partners, providing innovative HR solutions. At BlueOcean, Sara leads the People and Culture function, enhancing organizational strategy.
