Michelle Fogarty

Michelle Fogarty is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources and organizational leadership. Currently serving as Chief People Officer at Life Scientific, Michelle has also held significant roles as Founding Board Member at Social Enterprise ROI since July 2020 and as a member of the Central Steering Committee at the Learnovate Centre in Trinity College Dublin until February 2024. Notably, Michelle co-founded PepTalk Wellbeing and served as its COO, driving initiatives to enhance workplace engagement. Previous positions include Director of HR Operations EMEA at Tyco, Head of HR EMEA at Twitter, and Human Resources Manager at Blizzard Entertainment and B&Q. Michelle's academic background includes a BA in Human Resources and Accountancy from the National College of Ireland.
