Billy Rice

Billy Rice currently serves as the Manager of Supply Chain Services at Enbridge Gas, a position held since October 2021, where oversight of supply chain operations and services is the primary responsibility. Prior to this role, Billy Rice managed inventory and facility operations at Dominion Energy from February 2017 to December 2021. From January 2002 to February 2017, Billy Rice worked as the Supervisor of Operations at PSNC Energy, overseeing operational activities and staff. Educationally, Billy Rice obtained a diploma from North Buncombe High School and served in the US Army as a Nuclear Biological Chemist.
