Jay Tuckwell has a work experience starting from 2015. Jay worked at Union Gas, where they held the roles of Pipeline Inspector and Materials Coordinator/Mechanical, Civil, and Coatings Inspector/UAV Operator. Their responsibilities included materials coordination, procurement, inspection, mechanical and civil inspection, and abrasive blasting and coatings/corrosion systems inspection. In 2019, they joined Enbridge Gas as the Chief Pipeline/Utility Inspector.
Jay Tuckwell completed their Bachelor's degree in Criminology, Thanatology, Social Justice and Peace Studies from Western University in the period from 2007 to 2013. Prior to that, they attended Ursuline Collegiate College from 2003 to 2007 for their high school education. In addition to their formal education, Jay Tuckwell also obtained several certifications including the Pipeline Construction Inspector (API 1169) from the API - American Petroleum Institute in June 2019, the G.P.I. (Gas Pipeline Inspector) from the Technical Standards & Safety Authority (TSSA) in March 2017, and the NACE Coatings Inspector Level 1 - Certified from NACE International in March 2017.
