Rakesh Torul

Rakesh Torul, CPA, CMA, currently serves as the Manager of Regulatory Policy and Strategy at Enbridge Gas Inc., a position held since February 2008, where Rakesh oversees the analysis and interpretation of regulatory orders and policies impacting the company. With a focus on long-term regulatory strategic planning, Rakesh has held various roles within Enbridge including Specialist in Utility Regulatory Financial Planning & Analysis and Senior Financial Analyst, developing financial models and supporting rate applications to the Ontario Energy Board (OEB). Prior experience includes roles at AIG Canada and CIBC Mellon, complemented by a professional education in management accounting from recognized accounting bodies in Ontario.
