Dom Bernard

Dom Bernard is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in change management and business process improvement. Currently serving as a Change Management and Business Process Improvement Consultant at Enbridge since April 2016, Dom also co-founded and leads Covosoft, a boutique management consulting and web-based technology implementation firm. Previously, Dom worked at Accenture from July 2008 to September 2014 as a Change Management Consultant, specializing in SAP and ERP implementation. An earlier internship at Export Development Canada involved enhancing customer engagement with a new online claims program, which significantly increased online usage rates. Dom began a professional career at BMO Financial Group as a part-time Sales Representative, earning recognition for outstanding performance. Dom holds a Baccalaureate in International Commerce from HEC Montréal and participated in an international exchange program at ESCP Business School.
