Dom Bernard is a seasoned consultant with extensive experience in change management and business process improvement. Currently serving as a Change Management and Business Process Improvement Consultant at Enbridge since April 2016, Dom also co-founded and leads Covosoft, a boutique management consulting and web-based technology implementation firm.
