Gaurdie E. Banister Jr.

Mr. Banister has more than 40 years of experience within the energy sector, most recently as the CEO of Aera Energy LLC until 2015. Prior thereto, he had a long and successful career at Royal Dutch Shell, including various senior leadership roles from 1980 to 2007.

Mr. Banister holds a BA Sc (Metallurgical Engineering) from South Dakota School of Mines and Technology.
