Katy Lorimer

Katy Lorimer is an experienced professional currently serving as an Independent Agency Development Manager at Hearst UK since January 2024. Previously, Katy held the position of Advertising Sales Manager at Canopy Media from January 2023 to January 2024, where responsibilities included generating and maintaining revenue across media agencies and client-direct accounts, earning recognition as Star Employee of the Month in May and October 2023. Katy's background includes diverse roles in education as a Languages Teacher and significant experience in sales and media, having worked at Channel 4, MediaCom, and in various capacities that expanded from Broadcast Assistant to Senior Buyer. Additionally, Katy has international experience as an English Language Assistant in Spain and a private tutor. Katy holds a PGCE in Spanish with French and a Bachelor’s degree in English Language and Spanish from The University of Manchester.
