Matthew Wood

Matthew Wood currently serves as the Director of Process Improvement at Enbridge, where responsibilities include driving organizational change and optimizing business processes to support ongoing growth and value creation. With a robust background in asset management and operational excellence, Matthew has held various leadership roles at Enbridge, including Director of Asset Management & Program Development and Director of Operational Excellence & Compliance. Prior to joining Enbridge, Matthew held significant positions at Spectra Energy and Union Gas, focusing on management systems and operational safety. Additionally, Matthew owned and operated a specialty running shoe and apparel store and served on the Board of Directors for the YMCA of Chatham-Kent. Matthew Wood holds a Master's degree in Management of Technology from the University of Waterloo and a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Western University.
