Michael J. Villegas

Michael J. Villegas, CPA, currently serves as the Director of Tax Planning & Research at Enbridge since December 2021. Prior experience includes roles as Tax Director at Diamond Offshore and Texon LP, as well as Tax Manager at Noble Drilling. Michael began a career in tax at Deloitte as a Tax Accountant before progressing through positions such as Senior Accountant - International Tax at Ensco plc and Tax Senior at AEI Services LLC. The foundational experience began with a Tax Internship at Grambling P.C. Michael obtained a degree from The University of Dallas from 2003 to 2007 and completed secondary education at Cathedral High School.
