Stephen Poloz

Stephen Poloz is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in governance and advisory roles across various organizations. Currently, Poloz serves as a Special Advisor at Osler, Hoskin & Harcourt LLP and holds significant positions including Corporate Director at both Enbridge and CGI, and Chair on multiple boards, such as the Advisory Board for the Lawrence National Centre, Ivey School of Business and the Global Advisory Board for Key. Previously, Poloz was the Governor of the Bank of Canada and a Director on the Board of the Bank for International Settlements, where notable contributions included five years as Chair of the Audit Committee. With advanced degrees in Economics from Western University and Queen’s University, Poloz brings a strong academic foundation to their professional endeavors.
