With experience at companies like Encavis AG, AVANA Invest GmbH, Dolan Capital Management, and BlackRock, Tanja has a strong background in institutional sales and relationship management. Tanja has also focused on sustainability and communications in their current role as Head of Sustainability & Communications at Encavis AG. Tanja holds a M.A in Social, Political, and Communication Sciences from the University of Antwerp and has also studied at Lund University and the University of Cambridge.
