Drew Cotton

Drew Cotton currently serves as the Director of People & Culture at Enchant, where responsibilities include leading global HR projects and collaborating with stakeholders to design HR solutions aligned with organizational goals. Previous positions include Global Human Resources Director at National Data and Surveying Services, Inc., Human Resources Manager at NESA, and Executive Director of Recruitment Operations at Spring Ahead. Drew also has experience in the entertainment sector, having worked as Director of Entertainment Events for the Magic Johnson Foundation and as Talent Coordinator for both Soul Train and MTV/Much Music. Drew holds a Bachelor's Degree in Public Administration from Texas Southern University, earned between 2012 and 2014.
