Jordan Birch has extensive experience in business development and operations, currently serving as the Director of Business Development and General Manager at Enchant since August 2023. Previously, Jordan held key positions including Director of Corporate Sales at Enriched Academy Inc., Vice President of Business Development and Director of Business Development at Enchant Christmas, General Manager for Western Canada at Chefs Plate, and Director of Operations at SPUD.ca. Early career roles include Operations Manager at Pacific Restaurant Supply and Design House, Transportation Office Manager at NBC Olympics, and Tour Manager/Project Manager while self-employed. Jordan holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Alliance University, completed between 2003 and 2006.
