Sheilah Morales

Sheilah Morales has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Their most recent role was as an Assistant Head of HR Management and Administrative Services at Enchanted Kingdom since June 2023. Prior to that, they worked at the National Grid Corporation of the Philippines, starting in 2009. During their time there, they held various positions including Senior Human Resources Business Partner, Employee Relations Manager, and Training Supervisor. Before joining the National Grid Corporation, Sheilah worked as a Senior Human Resource Specialist at the National Transmission Corporation from 2006 to 2009, and as a Corporate Communication Officer at the National Power Corporation (Napocor) from 2003 to 2006. Sheilah also has experience working at the Supreme Court of the Philippines as an Executive Assistant and Information Officer from 1999 to 2003.

Sheilah Morales has an extensive education history. Sheilah completed their Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of the Philippines from 1995 to 1999, specializing in Mass Communication/Media Studies. Sheilah then pursued a Master of Arts in Public Administration from the same university, focusing on Policy Formulation, from 2000 to 2004. Sheilah continued their studies at the University of the Philippines, obtaining a Master of Arts in Technology Management from 2005 to 2009, with a field of study in Business Administration and Management, General.

More recently, Sheilah Morales earned a Certificate in Strategic Business Economics Program from the University of Asia and the Pacific in 2020. Unfortunately, no field of study is specified for this certification.

In addition to their formal education, Sheilah Morales has obtained several certifications. Sheilah received a certification in Administrative Human Resources, Creating a Skills-Based Organization, Inclusive Leadership, and Strategic Human Resources from LinkedIn. These certifications were obtained in 2023, with the Strategic Human Resources certification obtained in April and the others obtained in May.
