Parag Shah, PE has over three decades of diverse work experience in engineering management and project leadership roles. Parag began their career in 1989 as a Design & Construction Engineer, where they managed small and large projects including E/I design engineering, procurement, construction supervision, commissioning, and start-up. Parag then worked as a Design Engineer in a refinery, supporting operations and major maintenance turnarounds. In 1995, they became an Electrical and Instrumentation Engineer for offshore production areas, providing support for instrument and electrical engineering projects. Parag later served as a Lead Electrical & Instrument Engineer for the Sanha Condensate Complex, the world's largest offshore LPG processing and gas compression facility. Parag then took on the role of Hook-up & Commissioning Manager for a multi-billion dollar offshore LPG project off the coast of Angola. From 2005 to 2009, they worked as a Project Manager, responsible for managing medium-sized projects in the oil production sector. Parag joined Chevron in 2010, serving as Deputy Engineering Manager for the Gorgon LNG Project in SE Asia, overseeing engineering execution centers and providing owner's oversight. Parag continued in this role until 2013 when they became the Technical Integrity Manager for the Gorgon LNG Project, responsible for ensuring technical integrity and leading the worldwide engineering personnel and site workers. In 2017, Parag joined Enchanted Rock as an Engineering Director and Principle Engineer, managing Microgrid projects with a focus on natural gas and overseeing design, construction, and commissioning activities for over 200MW of projects.

Parag Shah, PE obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Washington State University, where they studied from 1986 to 1989. Parag also received a certification as a Registered Professional Electrical Engineer from the Louisiana Professional Engineering and Land Surveying Board (LAPELS) in September 1998.
