Devika Ray is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the travel and consulting industries. At Enchanting-Travels since October 2013, Devika has held various roles, including Senior Manager of Process & Projects since 2020, and previous positions in sales and travel consulting. Prior to this, Devika spent a year traveling across the Americas and Asia, honing skills in cross-cultural learning and marketing. Experience as a Senior Analyst at Compensation Advisory Partners involved analyzing compensation practices for Fortune 500 companies and providing strategic recommendations to senior management. Devika holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics with a focus on Management from The Wharton School and has obtained an International General Certificate of Secondary Education from Ghana International School.
