Evan Vargas

Evan Vargas is currently the VP of Human Resources at Enchantment Group. Evan has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources Management. Prior to their current position, they were the Managing Director of Human Resources at The Little Nell Hotel Group from January 2008 to May 2020. Evan has also worked as the Client Services Manager at Medgate and as the Occupational Health Services Manager at Marriott International. Evan Vargas is a highly experienced Human Resources professional with a proven track record of success in both the private and public sector.

Evan Vargas has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) with a Specialization in Human Resources Management from Ashford University. Evan also has a Bachelor of Science Nursing program from California State University, Fullerton and an Associate of Science in Nursing from Rio Hondo College. Evan is certified by the California Board of Registered Nursing as a Registered Nurse and by the HR Certification Institute as a Professional in Human Resources. Evan is also certified by DecisionWise as a Certified 360 Degree Feedback Coach.
