Blair Jones

Blair Jones is an experienced sales professional currently serving as the Director of National Accounts at Enchantment Resort since March 2022, managing group sales for the southcentral and southeast regions while based remotely in Tempe, Arizona. Prior to this role, Blair worked as the Corporate Sales Manager for Enchantment Group from January 2015 to February 2022, focusing on corporate, association, and social groups across multiple regions. Blair began a career at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North, where accomplishments included achieving 107% of total revenue goals as a Group Sales Manager and managing a significant number of successful catering events as a Catering Sales Manager. Blair holds a BA in Marketing & Finance from Ohio University, obtained in 1999. Key achievements include recognition as Leader of the Quarter in the second quarter of 2023 and winning the Achievers Award in 2012.
