Meredith McIsaac

Meredith McIsaac is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the Director of Lodging at Enchantment Resort since March 2024. Prior to this role, Meredith held various positions at LodgeWorks Partners, L.P., including Director of Operations, Assistant General Manager, Director of Rooms, and Executive Housekeeper at Archer Hotel Austin from October 2017 to February 2024. Additional experience includes serving as Assistant General Manager at Hyatt Place Arlington, VA, and Manager in Training at Hyatt House, Fairfax, VA. Meredith has also worked for Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts as an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager and for Charlie Palmer Group in multiple capacities, including Assistant to Chef Charlie Palmer and Guest Relations Coordinator. Early career experience includes a role as Assistant to the Food and Beverage Director at Oyster Harbors Club. Meredith holds a Bachelor of Arts in Advertising and Journalism from Southern Methodist University.
