James (Jim) I.

Jim I. has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. James (Jim) most recently worked at enChoice® Inc. as a Senior ERM Solution Engineer starting in November 2021. Prior to that, from 2018 to 2021, they served as a Sr. Solutions Architect at Crawford Technologies, a global provider of software solutions and services for customer communications. Before joining Crawford Technologies, Jim worked at ASG Technologies as a Senior Solutions Engineer from 2017 to 2018, where they developed a shared demonstration environment and provided support for various customers. In early 2017, they briefly worked as a Senior Technical Sales Consultant on a contract basis at Helix International (ECM Architects). Jim's earlier experience includes a long tenure at IBM Corporation from 1995 to 2016 as a Consulting Technical Sales Specialist, where they played a role in expanding revenue and leading projects. James (Jim) began their career in 1991 at INSCI as a Systems Engineer / Network Manager.

James (Jim) I. attended LaGuardia Community College from 1978 to 1981, where they studied computer programming. James (Jim) did not obtain a degree in this field.

In terms of additional certifications, Jim has obtained several certifications from AIIM International and IBM. In 2019, they obtained the certification of Modern Records Management Specialist from AIIM International. Prior to that, in 2018, they obtained certifications as an Electronics Records Management Specialist and a Specialist in Information Governance, both from AIIM International. In 2017, they received the ECM Specialist certification from AIIM International.

Furthermore, in 2017, Jim also obtained certifications from IBM, including Big Data Foundations - Level 1 and Hadoop Foundations - Level 1. James (Jim) additionally obtained multiple certifications related to the IBM CMOD on Cloud platform, including "Create and Maintain Reports," "Essentials," and "Report Administration," all in 2017. In 2016, they obtained the IBM Analytics Platform Foundations certification.

In 2014, Jim obtained the SharePoint Certified Practitioner certification from AIIM International. Prior to that, in 2013, they received the IBM Certified Deployment Professional - Content Manager OnDemand V9.0 certification from IBM.

Most recently, in the future year of 2023, Jim has plans to obtain two more certifications from IBM: Cloud Pak for Business Automation Sales Foundation V2 and Process Mining Technical Sales Intermediate.

Additionally, Jim holds the Certified Information Professional certification from AIIM International, obtained in 2017. James (Jim) also shows a record of completing the "Digital Marketing Foundations for Business Partners" course from IBM, although specific details regarding when this course was completed are not provided.
