Alissa Karbel has a diverse work experience in the finance industry. Alissa currently holds the role of Senior Vice President, Funding Strategy at Encina Capital Partners, LLC since April 2023. Alissa'sresponsibilities included managing multiple initiatives in equity derivatives, banking products, and commodities operations, such as the implementation of Dodd-Frank post-trade reporting and the migration of equity swaps to a strategic trade capture system.

Alissa began their career at JPMorgan Chase in 1999 as a Project Manager, where they initially performed operational and financial reviews before specializing in cross-asset sales management information system (MIS) projects. Prior to JPMorgan Chase, they worked at Arthur Andersen as a Manager in the Audit & Business Advisory Services department from September 1993 to May 1999.

Alissa Karbel has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Accounting from the NYU Stern School of Business.
