Andrew Salter

Founder and CEO at Encina Capital Partners

Andrew Salter has over 20 years of experience in the finance and investment banking industry. In 2014, they founded and became CEO of Encina Capital Partners, LLC, a specialized lender and leaser of middle-market companies in the U.S. and Canada. From 2001 to 2014, they were a Senior Vice President at Oaktree Capital Management, where they led the firm's private equity efforts in the media and entertainment industry. Andrew also served on the board of several public and private companies. Prior to Oaktree, Salter was the Director of Corporate Development at RiverOne, which was acquired by i2 Technologies, a subsidiary of JDA Software. In 1998, they began their career as an Analyst at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette.

Andrew Salter attended Stanford University from 1994 to 1998, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics.
