Richard Lloyd

Richard Lloyd currently serves as the Managing Director of Encirc Beverages, a position held since February 2023. Prior to this role, Richard worked at Accolade Wines for nearly 13 years, where responsibilities included General Manager of European Operations and Supply Chain, Global Manufacturing Director, and General Manager of Accolade Park. Richard's earlier experience includes roles at Constellation Europe and Imperial Tobacco, where positions ranged from Manufacturing Manager to Production Manager. Richard holds a Master of Science in Lean Operations Management from Cardiff University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Manufacturing Engineering and Operations Management from the University of Nottingham.
