Cierra Donald began their work experience in 2014 at LCM Property Services Inc., where they worked in post-construction cleaning until 2015. In 2015, they joined Encircle as a Business Development professional.

Cierra Donald attended Conestoga College from 2014 to 2016. During this time, they studied Business but did not receive a degree.
