Serena Loy

Serena Loy is an accomplished marketing professional with extensive experience in program management, demand generation, and digital marketing. Currently serving as a Senior Marketing Programs Manager at Encircle since July 2025, Serena previously held roles at Euna Solutions, D2L, Surex.com, ROCKWOOL North America, and FUJIFILM CANADA INC., where achievements included exceeding pipeline targets, launching successful webinar series, and driving brand presence through strategic content creation and multi-channel campaigns. Serena holds an Honours Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA in Strategic Marketing from McMaster University, along with a semester exchange at NEOMA Business School.
