In 2021, Pranav held the position of Director of Finance and Technology at Encode Justice, where they played a significant role in expanding the organization and securing funding for impactful initiatives. As a Democracy Fellow at Common Cause Texas in 2022-2023, they built a team to promote voting and conducted in-depth issue analysis. Pranav also worked as a Junior Research Fellow at the Global Macro Team, where they conducted data analysis and presented findings to the team. Additionally, they gained campaign experience as an intern for the Mike Collier for Lt. Governor Campaign and Representative Bowers Re-Election Campaign.
