Caroline (Finlay) Daniels, MPH

Caroline (Finlay) Daniels, MPH has extensive experience in the field of clinical operations and research. Caroline is currently working as a Clinical Program Manager at Encoded Therapeutics Inc. since March 2021. Prior to this, Caroline held various roles at Audentes Therapeutics, including Associate Director of Clinical Operations from August 2020 to March 2021, Clinical Program Manager from January 2020 to August 2020, Sr. Clinical Trial Manager from June 2018 to January 2020, and Clinical Trial Manager from January 2017 to June 2018.

Before joining Audentes Therapeutics, Caroline worked as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA) at PaxVax, Inc. from August 2014 to December 2016. Caroline also gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry as a Medical Copy Clearance Assistant in the Medical Affairs department at Novartis Vaccines and Diagnostics, where they were responsible for evaluating promotional and non-promotional materials. Additionally, Caroline has research experience from their roles as a Research Intern at Boston Medical Center in 2013 and as a Research Assistant at Boston Children's Hospital from 2009 to 2012. Caroline also worked as a Research Intern at Boston University in 2008.

Caroline (Finlay) Daniels, MPH, completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Biology/Biological Sciences at Boston University from 2007 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Master in Public Health (MPH) degree with a focus on Health Policy & Management, Pharmaceutical Program at the Boston University - School of Public Health from 2012 to 2014. In addition to their formal education, they obtained a certification in Protecting Human Research Participants from the National Institutes of Health in February 2013.
