Gillian Styring

Gillian Styring is a highly motivated professional with diverse experience in research and strategy within the healthcare and biotechnology sectors. Currently serving as a Strategy Intern at Encoded Therapeutics Inc. since July 2020, Gillian previously held the position of Summer Undergraduate Research Fellow at the University of Cincinnati College of Medicine for a brief period in mid-2020. Prior experience includes working as a Research Assistant at Michigan Medicine and as an Associate Winemaker at Styring Vineyards from August 2014 to September 2018. Additionally, Gillian acted as Principal Investigator for the Teen-2-Teen Health Survey between May 2017 and May 2018. Academically, Gillian earned a Master of Bioethics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health in May 2023 and a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Vassar College in 2022, following a strong foundation at Riverdale High School, graduating in 2018.
