Steven Martell

Steven Martell is a scientist with extensive experience in protein analysis and antibody fragment development. Currently serving as Scientist I and previously as Associate Scientist at Encodia, Inc. since February 2018, Steven has focused on creating scalable and parallelized technologies for protein analysis. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Research Associate and Research Associate II at Agensys, Inc., where Steven contributed to the discovery and screening of antibody fragments for anti-cancer therapeutics within the Molecular Engineering group. Steven also worked as a Laboratory Assistant II at UC San Diego, concentrating on the nuclear pore complex, and held various roles at UC San Diego and GNF, gaining a strong foundation in research and laboratory support. Steven holds a Master of Science in Biology and a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from UC San Diego.
