Søren Gammelgaard

Søren Gammelgaard has a diverse work experience that spans across various industries and roles. Søren has held executive positions such as Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at different companies. In their most recent role as Chief Executive Officer at Encodify, they are responsible for leading the company. Prior to that, they served as the Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer at OrderYOYO. Søren also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Profil Optik and played a crucial role in transforming the finance and operational organization. Søren worked at ISS A/S as the Head of Global Partnership Countries, leading the formation of the new region and driving revenue growth. Søren was also involved in the growth strategy of LEO Pharma's Latin American regional office, serving as the Regional CFO & Head of Business Development, and later as the Finance Director for Emerging Markets. Additionally, they have experience in finance transformation and management reporting from their role as the Head of Finance Transformation at Genencor, A Danisco Division. Søren's early career includes various finance and controlling positions at Aston Business Solutions and its Danish affiliate.

Søren Gammelgaard has a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School, which they obtained from 1996 to 1998. Søren also holds a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Finance & Accounting from the same institution, which they earned from 1998 to 2001. Additionally, they completed a short-term program in Pacific-Rim Cross Cultural Business Studies at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey in 1998. In 2000, they studied Business Administration at Università Commerciale 'Luigi Bocconi' in Milan, Italy for a brief period. Søren attended IMD (International Institute for Management Development) in Lausanne, Switzerland from 2010 to 2011 but did not obtain a specific degree or field of study during that time.
