Akhilesh Khare is the founder of Encoding Enhancers Pvt Ltd., a company they formed in 2006. In this role, they were responsible for the company's web development and revenue plan, as well as developing the brand and service strategy. Additionally, they provided strategic consulting services, including business plan and sales strategy development.
Prior to founding Encoding Enhancers Pvt Ltd., Khare was also a founder at NextGen eSolutions Pvt Ltd. from 2005 to 2011. During their time there, they entered the IT software arena with a focus on the healthcare domain. Akhilesh was involved in the formation of the company, the development of the website UI and revenue plan, and the development of the brand and product strategy.
From 2004 to 2006, Khare served as the Head of India Operation at Sunup Design Systems Inc. In this role, they created a development center in Delhi, India for the company, participated in product development, and was involved in hiring and infrastructure set up. Sunup Design Systems Inc. was eventually acquired by Motorola and merged with Google.
In 1980, Khare founded RealTime System Ltd. (RTS). Initially focused on manufacturing electronic digital clocks, the company later transitioned to telecommunications, specifically launching mini EPABX communication systems. Khare led RTS until 2002.
Khare began their career in 1976 as an Assistant Regional Sales Manager at MicroComp Ltd. where they marketed electronic calculators and scientific programming machines. Akhilesh also created a dealer network for distribution in a few states and was later promoted.
Akhilesh Khare completed their Higher Secondary education with a focus on Science and Maths at Saraswati Vidyalaya in 1968. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering from Visvesvaraya National Institute of Technology from 1971 to 1975.
