Jason Schroeder

Jason Schroeder has worked in the insurance industry for over 10 years. Jason began their career at Allstate as a Pricing Analytics and Actuarial Services Manager. In this role, they developed and implemented pricing strategies that increased customer response and achieved business goals. Jason also prioritized product development opportunities based on market analysis and customer needs. In 2015, they joined Encompass Insurance as the East Region Assistant Regional Product Director, where they provided strategic direction for the region. Jason then moved on to become the Comparative Rater Strategy and Analytics Senior Manager, where they managed a team and ensured successful execution of strategies. Most recently, they held the position of Analytics and Decision Support Director at Encompass Insurance, leading a cross-functional team responsible for providing analytical support and driving a culture of actionable insights.

Jason Schroeder completed a Certificate in Financial Decision Making from the University of Chicago from 2004 to 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Finance & Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where they studied from 2000 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Jason also received a certification in Effectively Leading Digital Transformation from LinkedIn in May 2021.
