Mary Zagorski

Mary Zagorski has over 17 years of work experience in various director-level roles in the insurance industry. Mary started their career at Allstate Insurance in 2003, where they held roles such as Director of Project Management and Process Design. In 2005, they became the Director of Business Process Management. Mary then joined Encompass Insurance in 2007, where they served as the Director of the Program Management Office until 2012. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as the Director of Business Operations. Since 2013, Mary has been a part of Allstate, where they have held the roles of Director of Business Intelligence, Portfolio Management, Independent Agent Technology, and Ease of Doing Business. Currently, they are the Director of Product and Experience Design.

Mary Zagorski attended Northern Illinois University from 1985 to 1987, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Management.
