About

The Management Team at Encompass NW oversees key operational areas to support the organization's mission of building healthy foundations for children. This team includes the Marketing and Communications Manager, who handles outreach and public relations; the Human Resources Manager, responsible for staff welfare and recruitment; the Special Events Manager, who plans and executes community events; and the Grants Manager, who secures funding through grant applications. Together, they ensure the smooth operation of Encompass' programs and services.
